Variance and Special Use permits require a special meeting of the Zoning Board Of Appeals in order to review

the application, listen to any concerns from the party wanting the permit and to hear concerns that adjoining

neighbors or others might raise. These permits may actually cost more than the minimum listed above as the

permit fees are applied to payment of public advertising of the meeting, reimbursement to the board members for their time, and any other costs that may be incurred by the township. While all attempts are made to keep information and prices current, both are subject to change without notice.
